Store Policy

    • We accept all major credit cards, paypal, cash and check with a valid driver's license.
    • All package refunds will be for service not yet performed. Or refund will be charged base on current retail price once service performed.
    • Discounted packages are all final sale, refunds can not be issued.
    • Refunds can not be given for products that have been opened.
    • Gift Certificates cannot be refunded for cash or charge credit.
    • Gift Certificate expires 1 year from the date of issue.
    • Packages expiration dates may vary, clients have up to 12 to 18 month to finish their packages.
    • Please always give 24 hours notice if unable to keep your appointment. Same day cancellations will result in one or two sessions being deducted from your current package or a $20 fine if no packages.
    • We provide services for women only.
  • One treatment session will be deducted from your packages for any appointment broken without 24 hour notice.
